CUBES and TSME Companies announced the launch of a pioneering initiative for analyzing and developing corporate processes, in collaboration with the Jordanian Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship.
This step comes in response to rapid digital transformations and operational challenges faced by organizations, aiming to enhance institutional performance efficiency by adopting the latest technologies in process analysis and digital governance. This initiative aligns with the royal vision seeking to support Jordan's position as a regional hub for digital innovation and technology.
Inauguration of an Advanced Training Center and Launch of the First Training Courses
As part of supporting digital transformation and enhancing operational efficiency, CUBES announced the opening of a training center aimed at enabling government and private institutions to adopt best practices in digital management and corporate governance.
The event also witnessed the launch of the first specialized training course for ministry employees, covering a range of key topics, including:
Principles of Corporate Governance: Ensuring institutional performance efficiency through the application of global best practices.
Corporate Strategies: Developing and implementing effective strategies to achieve organizational goals.
Performance Measurement Tools: Evaluating institutional performance and achieving continuous improvement.
Customer Journey Design and Analysis: Crafting competitive user experiences that enhance satisfaction with government and private institutions.
Process Analysis and Modeling: Improving the efficiency and effectiveness of institutional activities.
Training on the Latest CUBES Platform Technologies: Showcasing the new process analyzer developed by the company to enable organizations to analyze processes and enhance operational efficiency.
This initiative will extend over a year, providing training on CUBES and ARIS tools to employees from various government entities in Jordan. The goal is to enhance their capabilities in documenting, analyzing, and monitoring processes using innovative tools, thereby equipping them with the necessary skills to improve the efficiency of government operations and make data-driven strategic decisions. This will contribute to strengthening digital governance within government ministries and supporting the strategic goals of the ministry.
Tour of the Company’s Facilities and Showcasing Success Stories
During the event, Mr. Feras Saifan, General Manager of CUBES, hosted His Excellency Engineer Sami Samirat, Minister of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship. His Excellency expressed great interest in the initiative and praised its pivotal role in advancing digital transformation in Jordan.
His Excellency the Minister of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship toured the facilities of CUBES Company, where he met with the team and explored the company’s innovative environment. During the tour, His Excellency received a detailed explanation of the CUBES Platform, an advanced solution supporting governance, process analysis, and institutional performance automation.
Company officials also showcased success stories of the CUBES Platform over the past years, which have contributed to improving process efficiency in many institutions across the Arab region. This has helped them achieve effective digital transformation and enhance their operational capabilities.
At the end of his visit, His Excellency stated:
